JUDGE DEMONSTRATION
See the vibration.
Verify the next step.
OpenCV 5 tracks marker motion, checks whether evidence is usable, and drives a maintenance workflow with human approval.
Watch the demonstration
Under five minutes. Synthetic inputs, actual processing, documented limitations. Solo developer: Aakarsh Saxena. Narration is computer generated.

Reproduce the decision loop
- Open the app and run the healthy baseline. Supply 1458 rpm if asked.
- Run the same fan with added mass in the same browser workspace. Inspect the comparison and work-order decision.
- Run the tiny-marker and timing-problem examples. Each causes a different request for better evidence.
- Open Assistant decisions and download the session evidence report.
What is validated
Known-motion synthetic examples and software behavior. No real-machine or contact-sensor validation has been performed. Absolute vibration severity and ISO zones remain disabled. The verified agent uses the rule planner; Bedrock is optional and COOL is not claimed.
Processing runs on AWS EC2, recordings use private S3 storage, and sessions and jobs use DynamoDB. SNS requests supervisor approval. CloudFront provides HTTPS. Inspect runtime health.
