1. Click Start. The screen flips black/white on every display refresh.
2. Film the screen for 10 s in your phone's Slow-motion mode (240 or 120 fps), filling most of the picture.
3. Upload the original file the way you will in the app, then run python eval/timing_check_video.py VIDEO.
